It features excellent puncture resistance, a high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent dimensional stability. DuraGuard allows water, nutrients and fertilizers through for improved plant growth. It is easy to install, resistant to damage from insects and rodents, and will not mildew or rot. This fabric should be covered with rock, mulch or another topical covering to avoid degradation over a long period of time.
